Shipping is free on orders above 499/-
Shipping Fee-
Free Delivery: – Free delivery on all prepaid and COD orders equal to or above 499. On order below 499- there will a nominal fee of Rs50 as delivery charge.
COD Terms & Condition: – On all COD (Cash on Delivery) orders there will a nominal fee of Rs20 only. No COD available on orders above Rs1499/- .
Order Processing:
In most cases, order processing takes 2-4 business days. If you have ordered on a weekend or public holidays it might take a little longer
Shipping Time:
For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver in 3-20 business days.
But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason – it may take longer. You will, however, be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.
All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 1 day from the delivery of the product.
Replacement:
Damaged, Defective or Misprinted Product
If the item purchased is damaged, defective or misprinted, please contact us on WhatsApp at

Note: In case of a damaged, defective, or misprinted product, we will REPLACE the product with another one
(same as what you ordered). No refund will be initiated in this case.
Please Note:
This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.
Refunds:
Our policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
In case of damaged products, we will provide a replacement. If you receive a damaged product again, you are eligible for both refund and replacement.
Exchange/Returns:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. There is no exchange/return available for designs.
You can exchange the product if received damaged within 2 days from the time it is delivered to you.
Refunds (If applicable):
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Refund processing can take up to 7 days.
Can I Cancel My Order After It Has Been Placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.
If you cancel your order before it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a
30% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees. The remaining 70% will be refunded to you within 7 days.

Invalid Reasons for Refund or Cancellation:
Buyer no longer wants the items – This is the most common example which we cannot honor. The buyer should make sure they want to purchase the item before placing an order.
Buyer found items cheaper elsewhere – The buyer should be confident in their purchase decision before submitting an order.
Once an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
