EXCHANGE
- In order to exchange, please drop us an email within 48 hours of receiving the package at framekro@gmail.com or whatsapp us on +91 7678647069 along with your order number and an image of the purchased product, stating the reason for the exchange.
- We will arrange the reverse pickup Product/s within 7 days of receiving the request. Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.
- As we do not have our own delivery service we rely on delivery partners like Shadowfax, Delhivery, DTDC, etc.
- For an exchange; the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering new product again to the customer location, As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for one way charge i.e ₹100
- All products must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. The exchange product is to be dispatched within 2-3 working days, after receiving the product.
- We can only exchange the size of the product/design you purchased.
REFUNDS
- All the collection in Framekro X Introverds are made escpecially on your demand thats why we do not take any returns but in case you had received wrong or damaged product from our side then it is eligible for replacement which will be done from our side. New product will be dispatched once we received the damaged product.
- For replacement, please drop us an email within 48 hours of receiving the package at framekro@gmail.com or whatsapp us on +91 7678647069 along with your order number and an image of the purchased product, stating the reason for the replacement.
- Framekro X Introverds does not refund the amount in monetary terms, we offer replacement and exchange only.
DISCLAIMER
Framekro X Introverds takes no responsibility if in the due course of usage of the product there are any damages. For clothing items, replacement/ refunds are not valid if they get damaged after hard-wash. Please note that the color of the products on the website may differ slightly depending on the screen of the laptop or phone being used.
